BusyBucks — Terms of Service

1. About the Service
BusyBucks (the "Platform") operates a task aggregation and rewards platform. We partner with third-party advertising networks, brands and promotion channels to bring you offers you can complete in exchange for points.
The Platform is not a financial institution and does not provide investment, banking or financial services of any kind. Platform points have no monetary value: they are not currency, cannot be sold, cannot be transferred to third parties, and cannot be used for any investment or financial purpose.
2. Nature of the Offers — Advertising Disclosure
Important: All tasks displayed on this Platform are third-party commercial advertisements. When you click a task, complete the advertiser's requested action on their page, and the advertiser reports that conversion back to us, we credit the corresponding points to your account.
Offers are supplied and funded by the advertisers. The Platform does not endorse, warrant or guarantee the quality, safety or legitimacy of any offer or the products and services promoted through them.
We are compensated by the advertiser when you complete an offer. This does not affect the points you receive. The number of points shown on each task is fixed before you start and is not reduced by any commission we earn.
3. Points System
- New accounts may receive a $9.00 welcome bonus in points.
- Each task displays its point value up front. The value shown is the amount you will receive if the advertiser confirms the conversion.
- Points are an internal virtual credit. They are non-transferable, non-tradable, non-giftable and non-refundable, and cannot be paid out to anyone other than you.
- Once your balance reaches $5.00 you may request a cash out, which is reviewed and paid to the account you provide.
- We may adjust point values and earning rules for operational reasons. Changes are published on this page before taking effect.
- Points do not expire unless we expressly state otherwise.
4. Referral Programme
You may invite friends to join. When a referred user completes at least one task and it is approved, you receive a percentage of the points from that task — 10% for a direct referral (level 1) and 3% for a second-level referral (level 2).
Referral rewards are calculated on the task performance actually completed by the referred user, not on the number of people recruited. Recruiting members without genuine task activity is not a valid basis for earning rewards and may result in account termination.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use scripts, bots, emulators, automation tools, or multiple accounts to complete offers;
- Self-refer, incentivise others to self-refer, or manipulate referrals in any way;
- Use VPN, proxy or spoofed IP addresses to misrepresent your location or to obtain offers intended for other regions;
- Attempt to complete an offer you are not genuinely eligible for, or reverse-engineer advertiser tracking;
- Abuse advertisers, harass advertisers, or submit false complaints;
- Violate any advertiser's terms, or any applicable law or regulation.
Violations may result in suspension or permanent termination of your account and forfeiture of any pending points, without notice.
6. Cash Out
- Cash out requests are reviewed manually. We aim to process approved requests within 1 to 3 business days.
- Any applicable fee is disclosed before you submit the request and is deducted from the amount shown to you.
- We pay to the payout account you supply. You are responsible for entering correct details and for any charges your provider imposes.
- We may decline or delay a request where we cannot verify the account, where we detect abuse, or where a payment is returned or reversed.
- You cannot cash out while another cash out request is pending.
7. Third-Party Links
Offers lead to third-party websites we do not control. Your use of those websites is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, not these. We are not responsible for the content, products, services or practices of any third party.
8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided "as is". We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular amount will be earned. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount actually paid to you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on this page or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
10. Termination
You may close your account at any time from Account Settings. We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these terms, for abuse, or where required by law or by an advertiser or network.
